Site visits and quotes are free and without obligation. Only a written or WhatsApp-confirmed quote sets out the work, materials and price. If the job turns out different from what We saw (for example uneven floors, damp, or extra areas), We will tell you and agree any change before continuing.
Our services include floor and wall tiling, bathroom renovations, kitchen splashbacks, outdoor tiling, repairs and regrouting, and general building and alterations. Your quote sets out what is included.
Your quote states whether tiles and materials are supplied by you or by Us. Tiles should be ordered with a sensible allowance for cuts and breakages. Colour and batch differences between boxes of tile are the manufacturer’s and can’t be controlled by Us.
Payment terms, including any deposit, are stated on your quote. Please agree these with Us before work starts.
Work may be delayed by weather, material delivery or problems found on site, and We will keep you informed. Please tell Us early if you need to cancel or reschedule. Materials already ordered for you may still be charged.
If you notice a problem with finished work, tell Us promptly so We can inspect it and put right anything that is Our workmanship. We are not responsible for problems caused by existing damp, structural movement, or materials you supplied.
We take reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, We are not liable for damage caused by hidden defects or conditions not disclosed to Us. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.
We may photograph completed work. We will not publish photos that identify you or your address without your permission.
